Guidelines for Poster Submissions

Deadline: All poster submissions must be received by January 1, 2026.

Submission Process:

  • Send your abstract to abstract@humanityreinvented.nl.

  • Format: Microsoft Word document (max. 400 words).

  • The title should clearly reflect the content of your research.

Review & Acceptance:

  • The Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions and decide on acceptance.

  • Presenting authors must be registered and have completed payment.

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by January 14, 2026.

Poster Specifications:

  • Size: A0 portrait (84 x 119 cm).

  • Mounting materials will be provided on-site.

  • Posters will be displayed during coffee breaks and lunch sessions.

Additional Notes:

  • No abstract book will be published.

  • All abstracts and posters must be in English.
